The development comprises of 15 new build contemporary homes situated half a mile from Mains of Carnousie Steading, preserving the unique location of the original building, but still having a sense of connectivity to the courtyard and neighbouring castle.

This development will be built in two phases, each one with a mixture of styles and size to create a diverse and harmonious community sitting within the rural landscape. Phase one will comprise of 8 new dwellings.

The Steading itself will be saved through a conservation project which will preserve the magnificent fabric of the building and give it a long-term, sustainable future through the creation of six unique and beautiful homes.
